Well I found a great deal ona 2-1 pipe fo the Dyna, I already did the 106 BB kit myself, now want to get the heads done and replace the cams to bring this thing up to speed.
I need a bering puller tool does anyone have one to lend me?
Poorboy, I believe that only works when you can freeze one part (cam shaft) and heat the other (bearing). One expands from heat and the other shrinks with cold. Might possibly work if the entire shaft and bearing assembly is put in freezer then apply heat just to the bearing? I'd think putting them both in the oven after taking out of freeze might cause them both to expand at same rate?
MB, you should be able to pick up a cheap bearing puller from Harbor Freight. I've got generic pullers and a small shop press if ya can't find any closer. Worked on my '99, but not totally sure if your '09 is quite the same...
