I've had that happen. But it would still be safer to wait until hitting the Dealership parking lot (before removing it). Odds are against it being too short, but a great bonus if it is!

Plug it. I had 2 screws in my rear tire one day, they were about 6 inches apart. Plugged both holes and never thought twice about it.

If a warranty thing would just leave the screw be if holding air .. Keep a Ride On Patch Kit Handy.. Will always find that with me as well as my Slime Compressor..

If you replace the tire, and if it is a 16" that will fit my 99 Sporty, I will buy the tire, screw, hole, and all!

Just dropped off bike at the dealer. Rode it in to them. Should have it back in a day or so.

Isn't it nice to go to a Harley dealer and get "unscrewed" without opening your wallet? Ride safe with that new tire.

why go to a main dealers for a screw in your tire ?, any tire fitter that does bike tires can fix that for $10 . if its a tubed tire , just change the tube or patch it , or slim it and take the srew out , job done , and you,ll still have your bike , p.s and tire is spelt tyre in england, lol
