Heading To The Twisties!!!
Leaving early Sunday morning, heading towards Asheville NC, and the BRP!
If I coulda left on Saturday, I woulda liked to stop by Daytona, and crash the FLCrew shindig... But I plan on being past there by breakfast-time Sunday, unless I stop at the Cracker-barrel in Fort Pierce.
In any case, have an awesome Biketoberfest weekend! I'm hoping to track down cHarley up in the mountains, maybe we can ride back together.
And when I come back, I'll have plenty of pics and videos to share with the crew. So when the Bikini girls are washing your bike this weekend, don't forget to share a peek with the rest of the crew! (oh,1of2, thanks for sharing)

Sounds like a good trip, seems the crew has come down with a case of twisty fever. If you do hook up with Charley be careful, that sporty seems to morph into a Ducatti on the twisties, he is a skilled agressive rider, dont overestimatee your ability to keep up with the new bike. Practice with your ABS a little before you get there, little un-nerving when it kicks off the first time in the turns. Ride safe man.

It was 44 degrees up here this morning (cooler than normal). Have fun and be safe. Something you might not have experienced before.... wet leaves on the road. Plenty are changing colors and dropping. Akin to hitting an icy spot, wet leaves can get your attention the same way.
I'm offline right now, waiting on new tires to come in. Should be getting them towards the end of next week.
