Default ocala reservation problems! Please read

HEADS UP!!

I was informed yesterday that someone did not have their reservations booked when they called the hotel to check on them. This made me call them today and they did not have my reservations either. She could not tell me why but said they only had 20 rooms booked for us. We should have more than that. I encourage everyone to call them and confirm their reservations. She (Donna) assured me that their would not be a problem if we showed up without one but I don't want to take chances or get stuck on the east side of the building.

I'll just add that, as with any lodging reservation, you should have received a reservation confirmation number. If you didn't get one, contact the Days Inn.

Moving this up in the thread:
OK, as of 4:30PM today, these are the reservations that the Days Inn has a record of, listed I believe, in the order that they were received.

If your name, or your roommate's name, is not here, you need to call the Days Inn at 352-236-2575. Be sure and tell them you're with the FL Crew.

Confirmed Reservations:
Bragg, Charlie
Mouring, Bob
2 for Medlock/Jay
Schatz, Dave
Jones, Michael
Allan, Sharon
Kohn, Carolyn
Stang, Mark
Gossard, Trish
Levine, Barbara
Reyelts, Barry
Gillham, Brenda
Rivera, Joseph
Swank, Jeff
Kinney, Bert
Murphy, Darrel
Roberts, Ben
Smith, Vernon
Bragg, Kim

Thanks for this Dale. They DID NOT have my reservation. Now I have a new confirmation number (for whatever that's worth... because I had a confirmation number that they couldn't locate).

Everybody needs to CALL.

UPDATE: I just talked to the Days Inn and it appears that the "missing" reservations are those reservations that were made AFTER the transition to the new owner on or about July 20th, 2010. This was apparently due to a change in the reservation system software.

Based on my best "guesstimate", there are about 15 or so missing reservations.

The Days Inn is sending me a list of our reservations that they currently have booked. As soon as I receive it, I will post it here.
