I got mine from Chicago HD via the internet for $197 and had an independent install it for $35. I've bee hearing that Chicago HD has been as of late so you may want to try Surdyke, Zanotti, or LSHD1.com
Really, I was quoted 250 to replace both front and rear tires. The price included labor, tubes, rim strip and brake pads for both front and rear. Most indy (I researched) charge one hour per tire and they charge anywhere from 65 - 80 an hour. Also, they may charge a little more if you bring your own tire.
It may cost you a little more, since you have a touring bike.
Excuse me if a little skeptical 2 Tires, Tubes, Rim Strips, Brake pads, Mounting, Balancing, Take off and Put Back On? and 250 includes all labor does this guy do it for a hobby? ...
2 tires from Jake Wilson $200.00, 2 tire spoons (reusable next time) $20.00, only 1 hour down time, priceless. Do it yourself, the money savings are not as important as no downtime to speak of.

Where do you see me say 2 tires???
I have called several places and received similar quotes. The most I was quoted was about 340.00.
Here is a good reference (I did not use this for myself):
Petersons is running a tire specical.... 20% off the tires, 50% off the labor rate. Still cost be a boat load more than I was preparing to spend, but I now have 2 new tires with pads.
By the way, total time was about 3 hours. The had issues with the front tiere. So did Sunrise last front tire I got from them.

I meant to have them put two tires on the bike, not supplying me the two tires.
I was offered half off, if I allowed a midget to do the work.....
I have used both Dynasty Cycle in Coral Springs and Cycle Lab in Plantation before. They both have really good pricing and are very knowledgeable. Cycle Lab is only Harley.
