Where's MasterBlaster? He's been looking for some retirement acreage, and I figured this would be right up his alley. Hell, with all the recent talks about drilling for oil in the Everglades , it would should make a great investment for Mr Exxon.

I'm in for ten bucks (and naming rights). We buy it an lease it out to the US Air Force/Army for bombing gunnery range make our money back in ten years. (No bombing/gunnery during camping events...)
$7.5 million (lets say we can get it for 6....). Eddie!!!! Lets get those t-shirts MOVIN' SON!!!!!
