All done! Brakes feel fine...so far. I made sure to try them out before leavin' the parkin' lot. Even locked 'em up a couple times... all seems good. They did try to sell me a chrome fluid reservoir cover ("free of install labor charges"), but I passed on that.
FYI... my brakes are slightly spongy. Not bad but I did notice it right away. It's nothing to worry about but I will keep an eye on it. The bad part is if I do have to bleed them then I have to take it in and have the digital technician put on to reset the ABS fault. Not sure if I can can reset it myself. They told me no I can't.
I do my own work because of this. If it failes it's my own fault.
Where are you seeing the fault? If it is on your DTC code check then you can clear/reset it. If not, then you are at their mercy.
took my bike in for brake switch change. no big deal so is everyone else. I have been getting c1095 and c1216 which is front brake switch open and rear brake switch open codes. hope this clears up the problem. Ive cleared the code a few times and it kept coming back. and at the same time the bike had been stalling out just when it started throwing brake codes. cant see how its related but all I can do now is drive it and see if it sputters and stalls while idling. doesnt do it constantly, but every once and a while.
Gorgeous looking Street Glide ya got there! You are among so many who would rather learn to do their own wrenching. And, I agree.... this is an easy maintenance recall, so I'm sure the "new guy" is doing it in the shop. LOL
Thanks for the kind words.
Started doing all of my own wrenching about 4 years ago. Since then, have built 2 bikes from the ground up, and with the tools, lift, and a manual can do most of the stuff. I do take the tires in for replacement, but everything else is me. As a result, I know KNOW my bike that much better.

I feel ya. Sometimes my ABS light comes on....telling me the ABS is not working. If I turn the ignition off and turn it back on, it resets and works....weird.
I opted out of the ABS, myself. I just have to feel 'in control' of my stoppin power. As some people seen first hand on our ride to watch the launch a couple years ago. Never cared for it on my 4 wheeled vehicles and won't have it on my two wheeled ones.
The T'Max tuner has a code checker and reset within it's program. Comes in handy on occasion. I also prefer to do my own work, so long as it's not out of my comfort zone. If so, and I can't call in re-enforcement, then I'll let a shop do it. Although any warranty/recall work always goes back to MoCo.
