Consider use of a fleece top and/or thermals with your present jacket before purchase of an expensive "winter" motorcycle jacket for a location like Florida.
A baklava helps and packs easily..Rain gear makes for excellent cold wind protection also.

Bought a similar version 5 years ago and it has been a perfect investment for Florida.

Zip off outer panels when it is warm and put them back on in the fall. Mine did come with a wind liner. If it is really cold I wear a Carhartt long sleeve thermal undershirt. Used on my trip to Alaska and wore an FXRG Rain Suit over it for additional comfort. You sometimes get what you pay for with Harley jackets. If you want really good then get an FXRG Textile jacket. JMHO
I am not a leather fan, especially in Florida.
