My question is if Mike was an Experienced Harley rider how come he wasn't using his bike? Also if you were going in and out of the dealership did your wife know why you were going in and out of the dealership? If she did why didn't she tell you since you had a pretty good chance of spending several hundreds dollars for a new part and the Hundred Dollar Club? I'm just sayin!!!!
I would have kicked his butt and then sent the wife packing...
Nobody should touch (let alone ride) a bike that belongs to someone else without permission. The fact that it happened over and over makes it even harder to stomach.
If this 'Mike' has been around bikes for any length of time he would know this, and let your wife know when the suggestion was made.
Just my opinion, but it sounds like they were involved in more than just numerous bike rides and came up with this story when caught.
Looks like they both showed total disrespect towards you.
