I don't care if a person wheres BDUs or camo anything. I think it looks stupid but I really am not going to tell anyone what they can or can not wear. Heck if some one wants to grab one of my old flight suits and run around in it I would not give a ****.
I agreed with the rest of the list though. If I had a dollar for every time I was asked if I was a pilot because I wore a flight suit and fly "with" c130's I'd be rich. I've given up with my wife's parent and just let them think what they like.
I'm an old sailor so what you said is cool with me too - pretty hard to get pizzed at anyone for wearing a denim shirt, boot-cut jeans, and black Wellingtons
However, I would be annoyed WRT disrespect for my old "Dress" uniform. Can't say just HOW annoyed though... would depend upon lots of circumstances.

True I guess it all depends on what they are wearing and the circumstance. Now if a guy is trying to pass themselves off in a dress uniform to impress people and he never served that is sorta F-ed up.
I read through 93 posts to get to here. I gotta say from a funny and witty post to this... it's a far leap. Is life that serious? Yes and no!
Stand up for what you believe, kick *** when you have to and STFU when you need to. Our life in the US is a privilaged. We live better and have more food than in all other countries. (well that's my opinion anyway)
I don't pity the men here that stated things that were negative, I question what they believe in. I believed in what I did, have done, and am doing. VN vets you had it bad, but giving up on your patriotism and giving up on what you did and giving someone elses opinion a second chance in your mind, that is why you are where you are. The VN type home coming experience will not happen again in this nation. There are too many people to fight that off like me and my friends. (Patriot Guard riders for one).
Thank a VET, respect them, respect yourself. IF you believe in something believe in your RIGHT to have and voice your opinion.
AF 86-93 FLYBOY, I didn't fly plains, I put the bombs on them 462 baby.

P.s. The Navy has far too many uniforms.
I hear that . Back when the earth was flat, us regular every-day sailors had dress blues (winter), dress whites (summer), and dungarees - the end.
