Wow, this got ugly... Needless to say great post Bob. Needless to say when I was in a far away outpost in a far away desert, and we got a care package, it wasn't the Republicans or the Democrats, it was a Foreign Legion member a Veteran, a guy that once before was far from home, and knows what some stale cookies and a Maxim magazine can do for moral. Thanks VFW and to all the Vets.

Okay you Keyboard Commando - I was 110% for Ron Paul - so that pretty much eliminates your whole worthless post. You blame the Republicans for everything yet your pal Klinton signed NAFTA which was a GREAT THING for the working man! When I stand up and Respect a Fallen Brother - it has nothing to do with the Corporate Criminals who may be your masters. As far as Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness - I experience it every day, it must be a sad little world you live in!

As for Clinton and NAFTA shame on him, but American jobs were disappearing before that. look at the labels on your clothing and see how many Made in Sri Lanka or Made in Pakistan laberls there are. Buy American, inspect the labels when you shop. Patriotism is the last refuge of a scoundrel.

After I came home from the Army, I went to a party with a friend. There was a guy there with a Mo-Hawk wearing an Army dress shirt and some cut off jean shorts. It was quite obvious this guy had never earned the right to wear the shirt. I politely told him that he could either leave and change his shirt or it going to get ripped off of him. He left.

You did the right thing. Unfortunately a lot of military clothing wound up in surplus or vintage clothing stores and anyone could buy them.
