I lie usually just because I'd rather tell a simple lie then have to explain the damn truth! If I don't feel like talking about something and I know if I tell some lame lie and that will end the discussion...I lie!
OR.........I lie to save my *** from drama!!
I don't lie to be a dick though....almost never!

Last wife had a saying "be sure your lies and sins will find you out" she found thatt o be true, 25 years ago

I have been regarded as the "grouch" in our family because I do my best to be truthful, it surprises me how many people take the truth as a personal insult. No those pants do not make your butt "look" big it is big!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
