I was riding a metric bike when I was younger, went to pass a car load of girls, laid down on the tank for more speed and a bee flew down my jacket, there was a pull off right there and I slid in there and ripped the jacket off over my helmet! I bet those girls were laughing their asses off!

Can't count the number of times I've been stung while ridin'. Used to wear a full size helmet back in the early 70's and bees would get caught between the helmet and my hair - made for some interesting high speed stops with 12" over forks and a jockey shift on my old '61 Pan!! Now-a-days I don't seem to get as many cause I wear a much smaller helmet and have a shaved head. I also got into the habit of checking the counrty side near the roads for stacks of bee hives. Nothing like riding into a steady stream of bees near a large number of hives.
