Apparently it does to some! I'm always amazed at the number of posts from some members -- thousands of posts in a remarkably short time. Not to criticize how they choose to spend their time, but regardless of how much I enjoy and value this forum, I just cannot spend hours a day here.

OF course, maybe they just type faster than I do...(?)

The OP never said anything about hoping something bad would happen to the guy, just his bike.

Post counts + join date doesn't = ***** size......
I guess I'm going to have to keep looking for that bottle with the little green guy in it to grant me my wish.

My friend used to wear shorts and flip flops on the bike. We kept warning him about what could happen. Unfortunately last weekend it happened and you should see what his legs and feet look like now. OUCH!!! Looks like someone took a cheese grater to his legs and a hammer to both his feet.

Parking in a fire lane or handy cap space is just ignorant.

I can type pretty fast with two fingers and work is boring as hell some days... funny numbers are numbers!!! I could care less how many posts someone has but I have seen new members post interesting posts and contribute and I have seen members post funny things that are just plain entertaining! We are all here for different reasons with one thing in common I hope!!! We own HD's and like to ride! No there are many who cannot spend much time on here and there are some of us (me) who can spend time any time of the day or nite!! aAs someone else has said before "why can't we all get along?" My .02 Bye!!!

And you can document that they are not handicapped in any way and are in fact using food stamps? You take first prize for stupidity.

Hey, dimrod...maybe he *does* know or *has* proved it's true. You asked and condemned and then called him an idiot all in two short sentences without letting him verify it for you. If anyone is "stupid", it's you, oh dimwitted one.

By the way, I've seen it also, exactly what he posted about. How do I "document" it? They're friends of a friend! I rag on him all the time to tell them to stop or I'm gonna turn them in. He finally did (after 4 months!) and now hates me because they hate *him* now. LOL

Man, some angry touchy people around here. I can say that, because I know it doesn't count ("just hangin' around").

Because I work in the Emergency Response community, I guess I'm a little more sensative about people parking in fire lanes, etc. I see that all the time when people are just running in to get coffee. I mean, is it really that hard for them to walk the extra 20 feet?! I kinda feel sorry for them then!

My best bud is a firefighter and his crew is renown for writing down plate numbers of people not yielding and turning them in. I wouldn't be surprised if he would run a vehicle down if it was in the fire lane. I won't lie; I usually don't see HDs parked in fire lanes. I guess if they can hold the bike up, then they have enough leg strength to walk from the parking lot to the door.

Grocery store and Walmart firelane parkers are just plain rude and lazy. I do enjoy seeing a LEO come by every once in a while and tell the passenger waiting in the car to move the car. But I'd also like to see those LEO's put some tickets on the windshields of the vacated firelane parked cars. I figure if I can get a parking space so can they.
