From: 40 miles Northeast of Indy..
Living my whole 60yr life in a smalltown Ind, USA, my exposure to anything gang like has been NADA.
Maybe the 20 or so guys that meet Friday nights at the watering hole is bout as close as we get to a gang...Rumor was a town north of us had one of the national gangs looking at or maybe even buying property this summer, but seems like it went away...
Our (my)conception of Big gangs is Control, Prostitution, and Drugs..
Don't know any and haven't seen any one wearing colors around here.
Might be something going on, just never see it and the paper hasn't printed anything about them.

It could be the most stand-up sister in the world.
If you put a woman in a club it takes about a nanosecond for two or three of the guys to try hittin' on her no matter who she is. It might work out ok over time but that's after th' mud an' the blood 'n the pool cues.
