It's a vest discussion - most of us who wear vests without club patches do it because we carry guns in or under the vest. Does it scare you, or what?
In fact, Nubz doesn't own a motorcycle. Going onto a Harley discussion board makes him feel like a big boy. Pay particular attention to his signature. Again, this from a kid who doesn't even ride.

You can hide all kinds of neat stuff in the pockets of a vest! Hell, I consistently carry a carton of cigs, a pack of rolling papers, a couple of lighters, an alligator clip, a bottle opener, spare napkins, plastic forks, a beer coozie, extra ammo, a .45, a pair of brass knucks, a hawkbill knife, a roll of electrical tape, a small pair of pliers, a screwdriver, zip ties, a flattened roll of tp, and change for a $100 bill. I am sure there is something I left out lol!

I love to carry my gun with me. It doesn't make me feel any better than anyone else and surely not any stronger or brave. But it does give me the piece of mind knowing its there if I need it.
Yeah, I noticed the same - he also gives a little motorcycle advice.
Last I noticed an engine is an engine and a lot of things asked around here is common sense stuff
and I was pointing out the few that feel the need to brag about carrying a gun every chance they get
most people I know that own one have the common sense not to advertise it all over the place
as for being a kid I happen to be a 37 year old man with a kid of my own
I thought there was a bunch of "men" here and they could handle someones opinion without getting all worked up

Seems like the "patch" and "colors" thing comes up once a week around here. From my experience, unless your flying a 3 piece on your back, the 1%ers could care less what your sportin. There were about a dozen angels at a local rally this past weekend, and believe me, these guys coulda cared less what non rival patches you had on your vest or jacket or inner tube. I have a friend that sports a few Support 81 patches, and hasnt ever recieved as much as a look from anyone.
