Drunk Indy Cop that killed biker gets charges reinstated

The prosecutors are NOT dropping this. The cop still has plenty of issues ahead of him. Don't think just because of this setback he's a free man.

He'll get something, just doubt it will be enough. I think the biggest outcry here is why nothing is being done to prosecute the other criminals involved here. The ones that were aiding and abetting, tampering with evidence, obstruction of justice or however you would want to put it.

The victims of OJ's crimes were allowed to sue, even though he was acquitted. So I say sue the city and the state, and the cop and all the officers involved in this mans death. It is sad that your position gets you special treatment, but his day will come. He will have to answer for this to a higher power.
