I have seen lots of reference to "COC" What or who exactly are they and what do they do. I have googled them but not much info.

COC - Coalition of Clubs or Confederation of Motorcycle Clubs (CMC)

Has a Panel of High Ranking Officers from each MC in the state. Designed to keep the peace between clubs (for the most part) and discuss Motorcycle Rights.


The ones in boxes are MC's that are recognized in AZ, the ones on the bottom are going through probabtion to become an MC (or RC that want's to be part of it)
