Lately it seems like most of the people I see riding a Harley also have been brainwashed into purchasing every clothing item HD sells. Every time I go to the dealer or see a group of riders, it never fails, over half of them look like walking billboards for HD.
Either these people have absolutely no originality or they have been brainwashed by HD. Is it really necessary to wear HD t-shirts, vests, jackets, gloves, boots, helmets, glasses, bandanas, etc... everytime you ride????? Really?
I am beginning to think some of these people also wear HD undies and socks...
does it really matter????????????????????????? fashion police crap let others wear what the hell they want
Nope, it does not. However, that is what makes forums fun. People can discuss things that really do not matter one way or the other. Take for example, when someone asks about which pipes look better. Does it realy matter????????????????? No, but it is fun to discuss things. Relax and take a pill before you explode.
Maybe you should get a life and quit worrying about what other people wear. Maybe they just like the H-D brand and want to show their support for it. So what??? You have all of 37 posts and a shiny new FB, and you're already bothered by other people wearing the motorclothes? Yawn! Dead horse! Been posted about 1,000x already, usually by newbies who get their first new Harley, and suddenly think they're all that.

Well, its NOT my first new Harley, or even my second. I have no qualms about what people do with their money, I was just merely stating my opinion. For that I am being attacked? How many times on these forums does somone make and opinionated statement? Geez louise...
Bought the HD socks for my daughter in law so she could ride the new bike home with me. What's wrong with buying what you like? OP sounds jealous.
Not true at all... no jealousy issues here. I was just stating an opinion like many other people have done. If one is not allowed to have an opinion without being attacked, then most forums would be very boring. We would all be stuck answering mundane questions about tire psi, or the weight of our bikes... pretty boring stuff really.
I have nothing against people buying HD stuff... my question or opinion was if its necessary to wear HD everything when you ride? I dont know, maybe HD makes the best leather jackets, helmets, gloves, etc... if thats the case, then its a very good reason.
