Default Worthless Mods!
I'd be interested in opinions on WORTHLESS mods we have all done at one time or another to our bikes. I'm talking about products that WE ALL have bought before that didn't do what they were supposed to. Not necessarily chrome stuff, but more along the lines of functional mods that didn't give any bang for the buck! What did you get and why wasn't it worth it?
Mabey we can all save some $'s by chiming in!!

I had a 2009 Road King that I put Heritage bars, Sundowner w/adjustable backest, Tour-pak, American Custom slip ons, V&H Fuelpac & lots more goodies. I thought it was all a waste of money.

One time I made the mistake of putting a Screamin' Eagle ignition module on a bike of mine, that was a g-damn waste of money. Other than that I can't say that I've really struck out.

The Kuryakyn adjustable passenger pegs. My Wife ended up getting her own bike. So I sold them to another member here.

Kuryakyn gas cap and volt meter, any time I hit the front brake hard I got a face full of fuel

Can't really think of any worthless upgrades - pretty much plan everything I want added, but did waste $$$ on HD Syn3 oil for a few years...

Don't want to start another "oil thread" - just the only thing that comes to mind.
