i talked to a guy once at a bike shop i worked at,had a 60's ironhead(900),he told me it was bored to 91" with the stock cases and cylinders..half of the pre evo bikes i have ever seen,the owner claimed to bore/stroke it..older bikes did have a lot of power and speed compared to newer choked down bikes,mabye that is why everyone thinks there bike is built
