I'm 63 and work out three days a week. 40 minutes of cardio and 1 hour weight training. My purpose is to extend the number of years I can ride.

I mix it up with swimming, running, basketball, hockey and partying.

Yoga has really made a difference on tours. No more back pain.

Just turned 63, and I have a Soloflex with all the attachments and some free weights at home.

My weight and my clothes size is the same as it was in college...I've found that it's easier to STAY in shape than to GET in shape, and yeah it all helps with life in general, along with keeping my happy *** in the saddle after all these years.

I work out in general, 3 days of weight training and 2 days of cardio. I never diet, I just eat right. I'm sure that taking care of myself makes me feel better and if that equates to longer rides, it's a bonus

Worked in concrete construction my entire life. Been thru days when it was 115 degrees and wondered if it would kill me. Hasn't yet.

Not a workout buff, but have always been big. Lately I've taken to watching what i eat very closely, and hitting the treadmill.

Doesn't have anything to do with motorcycles though. Like Eve said, if that means being less sore, or able to ride longer, so be it.

I voted no because I workout to stay healthy and look good. I work out 5 days a week with weights and do cardio 4 day week. The benefits of workout allow me to ride longer and hopefully for many, many years to come.
