Ride ideas

I am posting this to hopefully get some riding ideas for my local HOG chapter. Bug rides are not in season and that is pretty much all they have. Thanks for the help.

Not sure where you are in NM or how far you want to go. Lived in Abq for 4 years. Best ride was up into CO on 550...Durango, Silverton, Ouray, Aspen, Independence Pass, Buena Vista, Black Canyon, Mesa Verde...whole SW corner of Colorado over a long weekend. Western AZ was great too...old rt. 666 etc. North 14 from Abq to Santa Fe is a decent ride...takes you through a small town featured in the movie Wild Hogs. Depends on what you want to do.

Yeah, I don't recall ever going on a 'bug' ride, on purpose anyway. Some turned into one.
But seriously, has your H.O.G. chapter run out of Denny's to ride to?
