Our SE Idaho PGR had the honor to do a flag line in Idaho Falls Idaho yesterday. We got the go ahead from our state captain for a limited mission for a Deputy Sheriff that was hit while he was on foot with another vehicle and killed by another Deputy while in pursuit of a perp..
I think this was the biggest funeral I have been on. There were over 260 official State, Local, County First Responders vehicles. A 12 unit Motor Cop escort, and about 70 family/friends from out of state. This was what made it into the cemetery. More were lined up along the road that just wouldn't make it in.
As always,,,,, in a rain storm !
This deputy was only on the force for a short time like he joined August 2019 last year.
