Some people are never satisfied. You could give them a gold bar and they would probably just complain about how heavy it is or that it's not shiny enough.

Disappointed with Fuel Moto
I'm unhappy with the second X Pipe I received from Fuel Moto. The first one I put on my 2013 Road Glide cracked within two months. And then the second one they sent me doesn't mount the way they should and they refused to honor the warranty or give a refund when I sent them back to them. Fuel Moto needs to redesign it completely. The exhaust bracket doesn't work with the Harley oil pan.
Also, their Jackpot Mufflers have a seam on the bottom. Just poor quality product. Buyers beware.
If anyone's interested in an X Pipe go to Vance & Hines. Their pipe is much better quality and mounts much easier and the heat shields look much better.
