While we do not generally discuss customer related issues on the open forum, I feel this one requires attention as there are always two sides to every story. The OP did purchase a Jackpot XXX Ceramic head pipe & X-over from us early this year, shortly after the sale he contacted us that it did not fit his bike correctly at the crossover due to his aftermarket Baker oversize oil pan. We noted that this indeed would cause a fitment and he became very frustrated. The next contact was a bit later this season when he contacted us that the head pipe developed a crack, no problem the pipe has a lifetime warranty so we warrantied the pipe, we even expedited getting it to him. Upon receiving his return pipe back we noted it was wrapped with heat wrap which absolutely destroyed the ceramic coating and it was clear the X-over was binding, at that time we contacted him to simply note wrapping the new pipe would technically void the warranty. He also also purchased a set of Jackpot mufflers mid season as well. Last week we received a box of parts back which included a used XXX head pipe which has again been wrapped with heat wrap, ceramic coating again destroyed (no other damage on the pipe) a used X over pipe, and a set of used Jackpot mufflers. There was not return authorization, no prior conversation with any Fuel Moto staff member, or any other info in the box besides a name and phone number. Brian Kohl's, our operations manager contacted the customer several times and the latest conversation is that he is taking us to court and hung up. We have tried to contact him again several times with no response.
I KNEW there was a another side to this story. Jamie, don't worry, the OP voided his warranty by wrapping it AFTER he was told not to. IMO, he has no case at all and is whining. After 2 threads, he has not responded ONCE to defend himself and explain in detail why he is butthurt, lmao, sounds self explanatory to me.
