Engine oil got into primary

Engine oil got into primary
I was changing the oil on my 07UC as always I use correct amount of oil in all 3 holes but after done draining the engine I moved to primary, as soon as
I loosened the inspection cover oil start pouring out like it was full to the top. Wonder if anyone of the motor seals or something else failed? Engine oil was low before I drained but didn't think much of it cause it was a little overdue.The bike has close to 94k miles on it; should I be worried about the motor taking a dump ?
