I like them. I seem to be able to see just as well with them as the mirrors that were on the bike originally.

Regards,

Bill

I think they make the Streetglide's look, but they should offer a relocation kit for
different bars..out 1 inch and up 1/2 inch would solve it... maybe a snap on cover to hide the adaptor..

Stem mirror's just arent right for the SG.. besides, I plan to use those holes for GPS, SAT mounts for trips...

I love them and wouldn't have a batwing without them. I don't understand those who say they can't see anything behind them. They are adjustable and you just change the angle till you see the reflection you want.
This is what I don't get as well, my bike had bar mounted mirrors, I then installed the fairing mirrors. I noticed right away the better field of view, yes you can still see a bit of your knuckels, but still an improvement. It does take a bit to get them dialed in right, but I would never go back to stock, I drive truck for a living and I am always looking in mirrors so if they didn't work I would be the first to b!tch.

I just put them on a couple weeks ago. Before the s h i t t y weather hit I was able to get a little riding in.
I like the the cleaner looking front end. I like the angle and view.
I don't like the increased vibration. [&:]

I didn't see any other comments about vibration makes me wonder if I'm the only one who had increased vibration?

I love mine, but I'm still running the stock bars. I'm thinking about switching out my bars, so I'm concerned with how much the change will affect them.

Oh, and for some of those that are complaining about not being able to see at all with the fairing mount mirrors, run your VIN at the HD service website. There was actually a run of bikes that had the mirrors located in the wrong position. I can't recall the service bulletin number right now.

That was one of my main concerns after I installed my mirrors this winter (vibrations) but when we had a break in the weather for a week or so, I found I had less vibration with the fairing mounts than the handlebar mirrors gave me. And I also found a better field of view with the fairing mirrors. I am only 5' 7" and maybe height has alot to do with the way they work. I wouldn't go back to the handlebar mirrors if I had to now. Love the way they work and look.

They look good but are not funtional.
To all the people that say this, I say they are not adjusted properly. I thought the same until I actually positioned them outward so they I can view behind me and not my shoulder. They work perfect, I see as much with them as I did with conventional bar mirrors.
