I would simply un-weld if needed the rear hanger bracket from the saddlebag support rail. move it over (towards wheel) to align, weld it back in place.

That being said, if you're needing help with what to shim and where, just let me know. I still think everything is good with your tins and you just need to drop/shim the exhaust a bit to get some room to adjust the left pipe.
Agreed! Alot is hard to diagnose online...like pinging sounds here and there...but this is fairly simple ---if you have to, go to private messenging that one person who seems to be "spot on" with ya....but make sure to keep us informed so others will know the remedy. I went private messenging, then facetime with that member and just like that---FIXED

Did you measure both bags to make sure they're exactly the same? IMO, you need to just try some different shims on the bags/pipes. Aftermarket parts aren't always, spot on. I like what you've done. Good Luck. Get back & let's know how you solved the problem.

Or maybe the crossunder pipe could be nudged out a bit to align the mufflers more evenly, Or at the bracket on the side of tranny in a smige,Don't know which header your running. If the bags and fender are centered perfectly and you don't want bigger or eneven gaps I'd probably loosen and re-align the whole exhaust.yea Im that picky too.

I agree. You might loosen the crossover clamp, move the elbow pipe out a bit, which will move the tip of the muffler toward the tire.

I had the same problem with my road king, was running the same fender and topshop bags, ended up just shimming the exhaust hanger with some washers to bring the muffler down, this moved the pipe away from the bag.
