New cam tensioners are about $40.00 each for front and rear. I would not think labor would be over 2 hours tops.
You would probably want to check to make sure the cam chains were not stretched out.

2 hrs. not even close.. Tank comes off, top end to pull the pushrods, gaskets and O-rings, inner bearings, tensioners, He's going to spend 300.00 at a dealership.
The best bet is to go ahead and replace the one piece pushrods with adjustable ones, that way you won't have to pull the heads and it will more than pay for the pushrods IMHO ;-)

Use a bolt cutter to cut the OEM pushrods and then lift them out. Replace with adjustable pushrods which drop in place. By doing this you eliminate pulling the heads altogether, thus saving a ton of labor. I just did this a month ago so I know 2 hours is about right.
I just put an gear drive in my 04 Heritage, no more issues, no more chains, no more tensioners . Still need to do the push rods (adjustable) when you do this...

You don't have to pull the heads to take out push rods. Take off the upper rocker cover and remove the rocker arms. No need to take off the lower rocker box or the heads below it.
Pull the pushrod tubes off and use the spring part of some paper binder clips to hold up the lifters for cam removal.
