So I ordered Paul Yaffe Monkey Bars in June of 2014. I have yet to receive my bars that are paid for. 5 months to make handlebars??? I have been in contact with them multiple times. At first they gave me generic answer like "we've ran into manufacturing delays hang tight". About a month and a half ago they said I was #2 on the list and should receive them shortly. Still no bars.
Has anyone else had problems with this business? This is one of the worst companies I've had to deal with. I just want my damn bars.
I don't mean Fact is there just as nice bars for a lot cheaper than the Yaffee price. Just bought a Reaper ape and although I have yet to receive it I have no doubt it will rival the Yaffee.
Why the heck did you let anyone string you along for that much time. It is now too late to even try to get your money back.
After 30 days I always demand a refund. 2 weeks after that I dispute the charge...
I may not be the most patient guy, but I never loose my money!
Yaffee ignored my email and phone calls concerning a purchase I wanted to make. Finally made contact through them with Facebook. Basically told me I was full of sh*t and there was no way my phone calls and emails went un-answered. Never will they get my business.
I left a message with them when i wanted to buy, they never called back!! So I called Eastern, they has them in stock and fast friendly service. I was disappointed with the Yaffe quality, the inside of the top bends had way to much slag in them. I sent them to a machine shop to get it cleaned up. I will never buy Yaffe again!!
