Chaps here also, just make sure you get good ones thick/insulated. Watch out for the thin ones. If your going to buy something make sure they serve their purpose. I have seen some really cheap ones that you probably would not even break a sweat in 90 degree weather when wearing them. Plus the thick ones are better armor. Just a heads up.

Yup. WAY better. No wet crotch,no cold wind up the wazzoo. Full set of pockets. I don't even bother with pants under the leather anymore. Just put the heated Gerbing pant liners on,leather overpants,and good to below zero. Can still use a belt for the gun,also.
+1 on leather over pants..I bought mine from leather up..very nice thick leather and you cannot beat the price..they work awesome. Wore chaps one season and sold em..
