Damn, I have to remember to get my Mullet cut off. [sm=sigh.gif]
The mullet comments just keep coming...Anyway, I put up with the same "Observations" a few months ago when I was looking for a new set-up too. I ended up getting one because it was a good deal and I personally think it looks good on my bike. As for performance? I think that it works phenomenally well with my PC-III and exhaust, and so does my tuner at the race shop. Everyone has their own opinions, and now you know mine...
I almost went the Hyper route mostly bacause of how it would of looked on my bike blacked out. I was going to do a red disk with my cross logo and the red butterflies etc. I looked at the performance of it and the talk of the butterflies not functioning was enough to turn me off.
I purchased a Wimmer Dual Runner a week ago which I think with the custom paint and filter I will be happy with both performance and looks! http://www.wimmermachine.com/8.html
