I jsut started to install the fairing bra on my bike. I have followed the instructions. I am a little confused where to install the lower elastic band. Can someone help me in common English?
I am not sure which lower elastic band you mean. Mine just came with the band that goesbehind the headlight trim ring and then you take the windshield trim off and tuck the top in behind that.
Sorry if that didn't help, but that is the set-up on my '03 EG.
Mine had 2 elastic bands , one on each side in the middle. They had a little metal piece crimped on them.
they are supposed to be tucked in between the inner and outer fairing. Pulled snug, and tighten down screws to hold them.
