I recently change exhaust from 2-1-2 with a Screaming Eagle race tuner to a 2-1 and PC-V. My bike runs good, no decel popping however: it's doesn't start up very easily. I have updated the firmware on the PC-V and Fuel Moto has sent a new map but it has not help with starting. So today, I took the disconnected the PC-V and the bike starts right up with the touch of starter.

Any thoughts on why my bike is so hard to start using the PC-V but not the SC race tuner?

I have the Power Vision on my Road King. With the MAP provided from fuel moto it was running a little rough when i first would fire her up. Had it stalling a few times also. Just this past week in the cold in the 20 s. Once I rode it awhile it smoothed out. I ran an auto tune and now it's a lot better. But looks like you have the power commander

did ya have a custom dyno tune with the sert,if ya did, did ya tell fuelmoto. the programing that the sert put in your ecm will not allow u to tune with a pc unless u return it to stock first.

Yea my 09 cranks aliile more also.. Not a big deal I got use to it. You can try hitting start before priming stops. some say it helps.. makes no diffrence with mine

I did not have ecm back to stock and was told by several others that could be whats causing this. I will take it back to my local dealer and have them set the ecm back to stock. Thanks

If you don't want to have the ecm put back to stock, just 0 out all the PCV numbers in the fuel and spark tables. I would add 5 to all cells in the fuel tables except the first column in the first three rows. You can leave them at 0. The 2 in 1 needs around 5% more fuel due to the better exhaust evacuation. The best thing would be to reset to stock numbers.
