Here is a map that should fit little better than the 255 map. Just save it anywhere even the desktop and change the .docx to .pvm. Then with PCV software closed and not open just double click and it will open in PCV software and you are ready to go. You probably already know all that. Some folks don't. You'll be ready for that CVO as long as he doesn't get wind of what you have done and surprise you.
Mac
Thanks Mac, This is the 2nd time you have offered yoour services, much appreciated.
As for my buddies CVO, he is working the wife to buy a new boat this year so won't be spending any on the Harley.
Mac, I have saved that file and tried everything i know to disassociate it from a word document. Bottom line is after I change the extension in the properties it is still seen as docx filer and even with the extension change the file is not detected by PCV. I dble click on it and PCV opens but nothing loads, go to open and cant see it on my desktop. Its Monday, only on my 2nd cup, surely i am missing something here.

I want enough torque and horsepower to meet or beat my buddies 110 CVO Ultra. IMO and mechanically speaking, a cam is about a personal as the rider can get with his bike. For me I like low end grunt and enough left over to not feel like I am wringing it out at 6k RPMs. I analyzed what I considered to be good options for me then after I narrowed it down I called the supplier. So yes I expected him to support his product, but I approached him with 3 different products and was seeking his guidance for my personal wants. For me it is hard to disagree with the numbers, I have to look at numbers to take the emotion out of the decision. I wanted the best cams to provide good mid-range torque capable of breathing good enough through the stock heads to provide enough high end horsepower to feel like it is still pulling. Basically I want a broad flat Torque curve between 2500 and 5000 RPM with HP matching TQ at 5K and holding to 6.5K RPM I researched what I thought worked well with stock heads and springs then narrowed that down to the Wood TW-555 Then compared published torque and horsepower curves for my build compared to stage 1 CVO 110.
Its great to see folks making effort to help out each other! Dam* good of you bro! Thanks,,,
Scrmnvtwins, good luck! Hope you catch that CVO, keep in mind tho, No Replacement For Displacement!

Reason: spelling
Yeah, my 103 runs equal to his 110 until we hit 80 MPH, then he starts slowly pulling away, I know it is the displacement difference. I couldn’t justify the CVO and don’t want to invest in big bore cylinders and pistons or heads so wanted to see if I could find a cam that could create more torque and horsepower than his Stage 1, 110. On paper it would seem, as long as I keep it above 3K RPM, I will have the advantage. In my mind’s eye, I see me pulling away grinning ear to ear while he tries to figure out why he can’t catch up….

The 255 cams in the CVO will eat your lunch to about 3000 with the TW555. Only time you need to see 3000 is going past it in 1st gear. Stay above 3000 and the CVO is history. You can shift at 5000 to 5500 and be well ahead of him. Don't roll on in 6th gear below 3000 or you will regret it. I have rode a bunch with buddy with 08 CVO ultra and Rinehart extreme true duals. It moved much better than stock 10 limited. A 12 limited with TW555, 30 tooth pulley and 10-5 compression made him put TW777's in the cvo. Bad news now. Those 110 heads and cubic inches and good cam will surprise you.
