Has anyone orderd anything from them and if so how was your experience?
The reason I ask is I may be looking to get my tour pack from them, and I understand painted parts take six to ten weeks to come in, I would feel better knowing if there were a problem that they will resovle it. Anyone know or herd about their customer service? I will be looking in the next couple of days to place my order with them or Kutter. I know Kutter is a stand up business but I have not herd alot about the super store in manchester I think is rhe location. Thanks in advance.
Don't know if they still do, but Manchester used to have discounts changing each day during the holiday season with Dec 24th being the last day with 24% off.
you don't have to worry about Manchester, they have a good reputation
they don't discount over the counter as a rule of thumb, and they won't price match their website, but I have never had a problem with them.... and they are the closest dealer to my northern command post ad where I got my 13 from.

Thanks I was hoping to hear something positive.
I placed my order this evening for the king tour pack with them $711.00 delivered to my door was the best price I could fine. I gave my local dealer a call to give them a chance to match but they were way off.
I only mentioned the price in case anyone else may be looking to add a tour pack. Again It was the best price I could fine, maybe others could chime in on the / their price to share with everyone, good or bad.
