I've considered that particular lever. Any clearance problems with the exhaust system? Do you have a photo of your bike's right side you can post?
Thanks

No problems with exhaust. The Kury pedal was one of the first mods I did. My long legs and that stock pedal wasn't happening. I also have extended footboard pans.

I have stock forward controls on my 03 SG. I have no complaints except wanting the actual pad you step on to be wider. I can't find one so I will fab one over the winter. I could deal with a little less vibration on the pegs but it's a Harley. Other than that both sides fit me perfectly.

Thanks for posting that. I think the Kuryakyn lever is the one I want.

I’ve tried a bunch of extended pedals and would never go back. With the OEM, I had to lift my foot off the board to apply the brake -- slow and unsafe. With extended and lowered, I can rest my heel on the board and apply the brake. Consequently, I’m always covering both brakes.
I have a spare Softbrake Chrome +1 for 09-13 FLs w/o lowers. PM me if you are interested.

Tall Boys Cycles footboard relocation brackets move the boards 2" forward and drop the heel 2 1/2". they now have an extended brake pedal designed to compliment their relocation brackets.
both products have been great additions to my bike.

I got the extended brake lever for xmas last year. I thought it was going to be better position for my height. I gotta lift my foot even more off boards to apply brakes. One very close call, I felt like my foot was searching for the brake too long. Definitely slowed my reaction time down.

I installed the +1 Softbrake for my 33" inseam. The lower angle is the biggest improvement. The +1 works great for me but I think with it's lower angle the standard size would also have done the trick.

Are you also running the Kuryakyn "extended & lowered" pedal? If so, will it work with lowers...enough clearance?
