I wear carhardt socks mostly , going to get some klim socks for really cold days , in the 20s doesn't happen much here.

I wear Thorlo's year round, I've been a customer of Thorlo so long I can't remember when I discovered them, I refuse to wear anything else, all I know it's the best darn line of socks I've ever come across, and they last me three times as long as a normal pair of socks.

Redhead Merino wool socks from Bass Pro. Very thick, soft and warm. About $15 a pair. Made in USA.

Lifetime warranty and I have used it. Top of sock started fraying after couple years of use, took them to customer service and given a new pair.
