So I've decided to upgrade my wheels. I know if I plan to swap out the rear wheel all I need to do is change out the wheel bearings and spacer/ sleeve. Now I'm debating on just upgrading the swing arm all together.
My bike is a 2000 Electra Glide. I am looking at a swing arm from an 07 model that will cost $100
From what I have read so far I will need to change out the swing-arm bushings if i plan to go that route.
I found a kit that runs about $250 from Motorcyclemetal. Does anyone know if I can find these bushings a bit cheaper? Or is this the only source for this type of bushing for this specific swap.
