Default Automatic primary chain tension adjuster?

According to Harley the 07 and later bikes already has one. I'm just wondering if this would be a worthwhile mod for my 04 Road King. If it does what it says and I don't have to make chain tension adjustments, that's just one less thing to do.

Does it work or do you still have to make adjustments?

What's the part number? It's an automatic adjuster right?

I was going to put in on my 07 RG when I did the build, but when I had it apart I looked at the stock one with 50k miles and it was fine, besides not getting around to installing it and now decided to sell the bike, Im trying to clean out my touring parts so I can get stuff for my 12 CVO. Like I said its new in box, never installed.
