High Pitched Chatter
After the dealer installed Rinehart True Duals on my '07RKC, I've noticed a high pitched chatter coming from the rear of the bike. At first I thought it might just be the 6th gear whine, but it does it in 4th gear too. It is very apparent when driving through a bridge.I tightened the end caps and the support brackets...no help. Any ideas? Maybe the heat shields rubbing somewhere?

Sounds like something is loose and/or rubbing. Go over all fittings with a wrench. Also make sure that the rubber grommets under your saddlebags are still there since they probably removed the bags. There should be 2 grommets for each side in the channel under the saddlebag that ride on the saddlebag support bar.
