I need to change my headlamp, and have been doing some research. the truck lite's put out great light, but the daymaker's projector focuses that light further down range.
I have the Truck lite phase 7 lights and like them a lot. Just put a headwinds "bulb" in the GFs Heritage and that seems good too (haven''t actually tried it at night myself). Both are quite a bit cheaper options than the Daymaker.
I put truck light in mine, passing and head light, huge difference, you can buy them in a package deal at Eastern Performance, I think I paid $369 for all 3
Black Daymaker projector 14SGS , side by side with buddy's 13glide with truck lite, wish I took pics. The Daymaker hands down winner. Yes beams are different, have to get used to projector focused light, truck lite more like flood light. Check out JW Speaker 8700 2nd generation, improved version of Daymaker.
