Looking for a set of handlebars that will let me sit back just a bit, don't want them any taller or any wider, I feel like I'm hunched over just a bit. What have y'all found that would fit that bill?

Look into Helibars. They are completely adjustable.

HD batwing reach bars might work for you. If you can find a new 'Low' touring model at a dealer, you can see what they look and feel like.

Thanks guys, I hate walking into the HD dealer (always walk out $100.00 lighter) I'll have to go see if they have one though just to see what they look like.

The Helibars look interesting, pricey, but interesting.

A friend just put on a set of Wild 1 Chubbys 517 on my 09 Road King....kind of similar to a beach bar..may take some getting used to but so far so good. They make a nice bar.

What model bike do you have?
I have some takeoffs from a 2014 RK.

I recently put Wild Ones 575 on my '06 Ultra and they're comfortable enough and I could still use the fairing mirrors, for my year bike I had to change all the cables to +4 which added to the cost but in your case I think you should change just the clutch cable.

What about just rotating what you've got back a little? That's free.
