Lookie here y'all done scared em away.

I did have a front wheel lock up. After getting the bike back up the front wheel wasn't locked up any more. double checked everything. I finally replaced it all. Wheel, bearings etc... and never did see what caused it. everything looked good. Must have missed that bolt that I can't find

I looked him up on Facebook. He does indeed have a 2012 SG: (pic below)
I'm guessing he has some aftermarket issues. One thing is for certain, I am tired of one word, vague thread titles. However, I am unable to scroll by one without clicking.

Without looking I think I know what he's talking about- there's one on the bottom and one on the top. They're more like torx head machine screws than bolts, painted black. I imagine if they got loose enough it could get a little weird, but I can't picture the exact effects without going out and looking at the bike.

Those screws are in the switch housings, could have no effect on the brake lever?.

I can't figure out how anyone with a front wheel locked, (front Brake on), sitting at a stop sign, could even get the bike to move forward. I would think the rear wheel would just spin or the bike would stall depending on how much throttle you gave it. Where I come from that would be called a brake stand.

Could someone point to the bolt in question?

Here's a 2012 StreetGlide housing

Those controls don't look like stock Harley controls, so maybe there is a bolt up in those. Mine are stock, and there is no bolt up in there.

Guys, you are looking for the wrong thing. It is not a bolt, it is a screw. I'd say for sure, he's got a loose screw. To be more specific, it's his screw and it came loose, probably long before he owned a motorcycle.
