king tour pack question
so I mentioned I purchased a light laydown 08 ultra, the laydown side tour pack speaker pod suffered some rash to the cover, anyone have these recovered? does Harley sell the covering? if you had it recovered what was the cost in comparison to say purchasing another pod?

If you're handy you could probably re-cover it with a piece of leather or feux leather from a fabric store and a staple gun for next to nothing. I repaired both a seat that was slightly torn and a backrest that was slightly torn with some feux leather from a local fabric store and my handy $5 staple gun from Harbor Freight. It's not a show bike and can't tell a difference from 5+ feet away. Again to each their own.

thanks, exactly what I was looking for as my backrest will either need replaced or recovered as well
