I believe it's a dual bulb headlight. H9 for high, H11 for low. Both are on for high beam. You likely have a bad low beam bulb.

And the dealer steps forward and tells him he has to use a HD bulb or void his warranty.

But synthetic bulbs are the way to go... 5% hp and torque gains... With the right tuner. Runs cooler too.

I think you need to put it on the dyno if you change the bulb out.

Thanks everyone! It was a bad electrical connection. Dealer re-did the connectors and it is fixed.

Nice job the dealer did on the pre delivery check. You would have thought no headlight would have been quite obvious when they started it up.
