05 electra glide
I need help i have an 05 electra glide that has a stage 1 download and a power commander with true duel exhaust and thunder header tips. I keep melting my intake manifold gaskets ive had it tuned and then changed the power commander and had it tuned again. Ive checked my ports for miss shaped ports. But yet the problem is still happening does anybody have any other ideas.....

Hi from the UK and welcome to HDF. Can we clarify what is melting? There is an O ring between the injector body and the manifold, then a seal between each cylinder head and the manifold. Which is melting? You can see these and other parts of your bike by using any of the on-line parts websites, like this one.

I see a couple of possibilities. 1) You have air leaking into the connection, causing it to run lean and therefor hot or 2) you tuner didn't do it right or 3) your injector isn't delivering a complete shot.
