A few years ago, I flew in to Sacramento (CA capital) there was a flag flying over the terminal building. I didn't recognize it at first...of course, I wasn't born in Mexico either. It was flying at the same height as the U.S. Flag.

The flag should only be raised between sunrise and sunset. If you leave the flag raised during darkness... it must be illuminated.

How many people illuminate the flag on their car or bike....?

I personally would rather see fewer people display the flag, than to display it improperly...

I find I'm pretty much alone with in thinking though......
You're not alone!!

I am planning to get saddlebag guards and plan to run two flags one by each saddle bag

One flag will be the American flag the other will be the Marine Corps flag

Does the American flag go on the right? Or does it matter

Thanks
I use the "same as when marching" rule of thumb.
On the marching right. so on the right saddlebag.

That pretty much got shot in the butt when muricans decided it made pretty decorations for patriotic themed gatherings. Party City would have a hell of a power bill if this was still followed.
Yeah! it sucks that the longhaired, beer drinkin, *** whoopin, bikers cant just roll up and yank fluffy joes head out his *** anymore for sitting his fat *** on stars and stripes shorts and eating off of a stars and stripes table cover with baked beans spilled all over it.

US Flag Code states that when the flag is displayed with a flag from another country, each flag is to be on a separate pole, the same size and same height. The flag of one nation may not be displayed above that of another nation at a time of peace.

When flag is displayed with state flags, the federal flag, which represents all states, shall be center and higher.
