What's involved??
Going to do the 107 this summer.. but I don't see this kit in the catalog...
I guess what I'm saying, where do I get it...
The 07 engine is 96 stock and you can do either a 103 big bore or a 110 stroker.
And it is listed in current Harley catalogs, the Screamin' Eagle catalog, and on the Harley website.
If it is similar to what the 103 stroker kit for the 88 Twin Cam, the main component is a new flywheel / con rod assembly that required you to pull the engine, split the cases, and do a bit of machine work on the case for clearence.
People doing the stroker typically went with new heads and high compression forged pistons and cams.
The 107" kit will come with Cylinders and pistons. What is the rest of the build you are planning? Heads, cams, throttle body, clutch upgrade, exhaust, etc. There are a lot of things to consider when doing a build like this. You should really give GMR or HQ a call to talk about your specific needs/wants/desires before just deciding you are going to slap the 107" cylinders and pistons on. This way you make sure all bases are covered.
